While I was 6 months pregnant with my second child I attended a sound bath at the nearby Integretron in Landers, CA. On that day, Dr. Todd Ovokaitys was performing whale songs in the healing sound chamber. While he was singing, my baby started to swim inside my stomach! It was a much different movement than I have ever felt. I know he was responding to the songs vibrations, it was beautiful. He was born in my home in a blessed pool of water. He does, as do most children, love playing and being in water. He is now five and we live on the Red Sea where is known by the locals for his snorkeling and diving skills.
I created this portrait to reflect this story.
